If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear it. We inspect each watch that we sell to insure it is in brand new, working order. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money as we do not sell used watches.
Do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing as sized bracelets can't be accepted for return.
You must pay for all shipping costs. Items shipped “Collect” will be refused.
For your own protection, you may wish to use delivery confirmation or insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to do so, all liability is yours.
Return the watch in its original box with all original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and any other materials that came with the watch.

A restocking fee of $4.50 per item will be charged for all returns to cover expenses. Please note the $4.50 restocking fee does not apply in a defective merchandise situation which should be dealt with as described below.
